Nowadays we live in a very stressfull time, almost everybody has a busy schedule and there is hardly any time left for oneself. To do sports and stay in shape on top of that can hardly be managed at all.
In this blog I will show you how you can still integrate sports into your every day life, how to motivate yourself and find your work-life balance.
In addition to fast and effective workouts (~ 15 minutes) I will give you advice on how you can adapt your training to your temporal possibilities and your environment while managing your stressful everyday life.
I will take you along on my athletic, professional and academic path and I want to motivate, inspire and show you, that everyone can achive their athletic goals.

Who is behind “Busy Athlete”?
I know the situation described above all too well. I am 27 years old, live in Vienna, work full time, study part time and my passion sports. My primary focus is on:
- Athletic sports (for 6 years)
- Martial Arts (for 16 years)
- Climbing/Bouldering (for 12 years)
- Endurance sports
Because I know from my own experience how hard it can be to find the right balance, in 2018 I decided to share my accumulated knowledge in form of this blog in order to support and inspire others in the same situation.
